  Thanks for clarifying, cagey. Keep in mind that this is sort of like a screwed up family. It's also a support group. What do you have to add? You can be there for people coming out that wonder if they are freaks for feeling the way they do.

  Remember that we are all at different points in our leaving. Some post and it appears that they are out, but they are still wondering of it COULD be the truth and they are making a horrible decision. Most of the time we don't know HALF of what they are going through in their life. So we can be there and say, "yeah, I've been there. This is what I would do."

  the best thing about this site is that there is a place and need for everyone. There is a need here for atheists. There is a need here for faders. There is a need for believers. There is a need for current believing jws. There is a need for the political and those that hate politics. We all have a place and can do our part in being there for others.

  THAT is what life is all about. Helping and loving others.

  Is last resort on Netflix? I'm always looking for good shows. I'll look for it tonight.

  Here is my list:

  1. 11/22/63 by Stephen King. I still have a book hangover from this one. One of the best books I've read in a long time. Shows the consequences of changing the past....and not how you would think

  2. Game of thrones. Greatest show ever. So addictive and deep.

  3. Breaking bad. Extremely addictive. Make sure you have a day off and watch as many in a row as you can.

  4. TED. I can spen hours watching some of the presentations. Netflix now has tons of Ted videos to watch.

  5. Thepiratebay.org. Yeah....I know. But it's still awesome to get almost anything you want immediately

  6. Dinner and movie theaters. Eat dinner and have drinks at the movies. Movie grills should have been popular years ago.

  7. Eating as many different foods as possible. By going outside of my usual tastes, I've found many gems. My desire to do this started by watching bizarre foods on the travel channel. Foods I would never have tried are now some of my favorites. Motto: if it looks good...eat it.

  Theists lumped into the same category

  some members have been using the term creationism to refer to everyone that is not an atheist, and believes in god.

  i just wanted to bring out the fact that there are a wide variety of beliefs.

  not all that believe in god reject evolution, propose a young earth, and reject scientific methods.. some newer atheists have been saying that unless you are an atheist you do not believe in facts, reason, and logic.

  I'm glad to know that about you cofty... I can imagine that stopping a belief in God WOULD be harder in soooo many ways than leaving the WT... Thanks for sharing that!

  Who (not what) is your guilty pleasure? (Controversial favorites)

  we all have somebody we are crazy about that almost everybody can't stand.. if you mention their name your companions give you that "look" (ya know the one, like you just got caught picking your nose!).

  i was thinking about this the other day.

  i was truly curious if i'm mental or if everybody has a guilty pleasure list like i do.. i'm just going to assume we all do until you set me straight.. if you attach a photo and short explanation about why you like these pariahs it will be more meaningful.. .

  It doesn't look like it was added in later, however. The shadow is right on the fake guy. He is shadowed on the right side like the others.

  it COULD be claimed that its just low res though. Rutherford, on the extreme right, looks a bit weird too.
